1: If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support via email at (service@camplux.com) or telephone (844)-538-7890 Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm PST to request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.
2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return addresses for different products.
3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.
4: If an item is found to be damaged in shipping. Do not accept or sign for the product. Simply refuse the package with the carrier and contact our customer support asap.

Product has nice fit and finish. As another reviewer pointed out, the ignitor is a nice idea but doesn't work well. Much easier to light with a lighter. Other than that, most of the flame control seems to be in the first quarter of a turn. The rest of the way is all full-blast. Overall, I would say it's good value for the money and it looks really good compared to the more "traditional" options.

It works as expected. An Integrated ignitor is very nice as well. This stove is wide enough to use a 10" skillet and a big pot at the same time which is very helpful when you need to cook for a family. The only thing that can be improved is flame control. I wish it could be more precise in low heat. Other than that, I can't complain.

Never had a camping stove before, so some of my expectations and results are "Novice"...but at the campsite, I needed-wanted an outside burner for boing water, sauces, etc. This unit is NEAR perfect... The only "minor issue" is that it's difficult to put the burners on "low" just to heat a sauce or "keep warm" a stir fry, etc. But it cleans up well, cools fairly quickly and after romoving the gasline stem and the bottle, it folds nearly flat for easy storage. Last Tues was outside "taco night" and I fried the shells, fixed the ground beef, warmed the taco sauce all on this stove. I would buy this again.

Just what we need compact great for camping
It is a escape to your area camping stove, cooking fish, bacon and eggs, onions and potatoes, burgers, stir fry.... outside easy. The tank last forever. I like it. Not for packing on a survival trip, unless it is to get away from people with your lovey dovey, in the garage with the door half open... lol.... Be safe.

Bought this because we wanted to have something that could cook faster than charcoal. He likes it just fine and says it works well. I was a little surprised at how short it is. We're totally going to get teased about the height this weekend. It only stands about 24-30 inches off the ground. I'm guessing that is why the pictures do not show people around it and the one with the propane tank has been modified to make the tank look so much smaller. Not really what we were expecting.

Igniter didn’t work right out of the box but other then that works great. The manufacturer sent me a message to resolve issue. I’m fine with using a lighter so not gonna send back. Great to get a response to have issue resolved.

So I haven’t actually used this yet, but I did take it out of the box and put it together. It’s super simple to get up, light weight and seems very sturdy. I’ll be using this in a couple weeks on my next camping trip. Will update on cooking!

I love this camping stove. The center burner is great to keep food warm. I turn it on and then put cooked food in the tray and keep in the area that is open and it really keeps food warm. Only issue I have is that with the legs on it isn’t tall. I am 5’2 and I had to lean over...so I took the legs off and put it on a table. But on a table it is perfect!!
